Specialist cable keeps animals safe
A new Small Animal Teaching Hospital has used specialist Mineral Insulated Cables from AEI Cables to ensure safety of the animals in the event of a fire. The hospital on the Wirral, which is part of the University of Liverpool, will provide the most sophisticated therapies and treatments available to animals, and provide services the whole of Northern England and North Wales. MIC, known for its fire-resistant properties, single core Low Smoke and Fume (LSF) and armoured cables will provide power and lighting to the centre.
